I just want to start off by saying Beau and his associates are some of the most professional realtors that I have ever dealt with. Actually, let me back that statement up and say in general one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. They were knowledgeable, punctual and responsive. All the things you need in a to conduct a real-estate transaction. Beau helped my family sell my father’s home. We interviewed three realtors before deciding to go with Beau. He started off my listening to us and finding out our needs. He then came back with a strategic marketing plan and reasonable value on my fathers’ home (the other agents were just trying to obtain a low-ball listing for a quick turnaround for their benefit). Not only was Beau spot on for the value, he procured multiple offers in the first week even with the housing market in a bit of a down turn. Beau’s team was able to facilitate all the requirements necessary to get the escrow closed timely all while having the property maintained since we were not local. His team managed all the required repairs and even took care of the winterization. He kept us to date on all areas of the sale. I have been hesitant to write this review because I'm afraid that I am not going to be able to successfully convey the magnitude of service and competence that Beau and Kylie demonstrated with every step of the home buying process. I always felt like I was their top priority and got their undivided attention. How they're able to be so effective I have no idea, but I would love to it figure out. I interviewed five different teams before I was lucky enough to come across Beau. While there are other good options I am absolutely confident he is the best. In addition to a complete understanding of the ins and outs of the home buying process itself he knows houses, the housing market, this area, and any other professional that might be needed in the process of purchasing a home. If you need a mortgage broker, inspector, lawyer, or place to get a used refrigerator Beau has top notch connections. More to my point, all these connections have been phenomenal and talk the world of Beau. When things do not go to plan he keeps a cool head and has multiple different ideas to offer up on how to move forward. His depth of experience and insight surpasses his age by so much that I'm almost positive he has some type of anti-aging/time machine device he isn't sharing with the rest of us. What's more, he is willing to use his education and experience to teach you as much as you want to learn. Kylie, simply put, is a joy to be around. She loves her job and it shows. She see's houses every day and she has an intimate knowledge of neighborhoods, home values, and Reno housing trends. She has, what I assume to be, a unique ability to read into your mind and know what kind of house will make you happy. Kylie never once tried selling me a house that she knew wasn't for me. She was extremely candid about everything, never pushy, and always patient. She was able to answer the vast majority of questions I had and what she didn't know she found out immediately and added that info to her repertoire for future use. It was odd working with someone that I enjoyed being around more than the majority of my friends, but it was awesome as well. Let it also be known that she knows the nuts and bolts of the entire process and has an extremely thorough understanding of all parts. Dickson Realty has continued education for it's employees and Kylie is literally the teacher. Do not underestimate her, she is a power house player and the more you're around her the more obvious it becomes. I won't get into specifics on all the issues that have arisen with the home that I have purchased (after I purchased it) but it needs to be said that Kylie and Beau will stand by you even after their part of the transaction is over. I cannot imagine having gone through the home buying process without these two. I assume it would have been a nightmare instead of the positive learning experience that it was.

We had a great pleasure working with Beau and Kylie! They are a team we can definitely trust! We are out-of-state buying our first investment property in Reno area. They responded to our requests, answered all of our questions and made the purchasing process from far away really smooth. We are impressed with their professionalism along with the knowledge of the market. As Beau is an investor himself, he can help recommend what would be a good rental property in the area. We can tell that he gave honest opinions on all properties we looked at. When we were worried that there might be a leak on the roof of the property in contract, Beau went above and beyond and even climbed up the roof to see the condition himself. I can not give enough praise to Beau and Kylie. My husband and I recently purchased our first investment home, which was huge undertaking for us. Kylie and Beau provided us with great advice, insights and were always available to answer every one of our many questions. They put in a great effort to coordinate every aspect of sale making the process so smooth for us. Even after the close of the property they were still available when we had questions.
